The ISB Online platform digitally delivers all programmes through an immersive, self-paced. Once enrolled in a programme, you can start your lessons through the ISB Online platform.

No, the ISB Online platform delivers all courses completely digitally. Students do not have any sessions in person on the ISB campus.
The platform is built with a 2-D metaverse platform, modelled on the ISB campus, that gives students an immersive, social learning experience to interact with peers and learn together.

All ISB Online courses are delivered by ISB empanelled faculty, including resident and visiting faculty.

No, all courses have been pre-designed and recorded by the faculty. If you want to clear any doubts, you will have office hours to interact with industry experts. Your Programme Manager will inform you about the schedule for these office hours.

All ISB Online courses are self-paced. You can log in to the platform anytime and complete the modules. We recommend setting aside 5-6 hours weekly to catch up with your modules. You will have a deadline for certain parts of the learning elements and completing the course/programme.

You can enrol for a specific programme’s cohort as per the pre-defined start and end date. While most learning elements are self-paced, you will have a schedule for the Social Learning Activities and an overarching deadline to complete the programme.

There is no limit on the number of programmes you can pursue simultaneously. However, we recommend not enrolling for more than two programmes at any given time since you would require about 5-6 hours per week.

No, once you purchase an ISB Online course, all course material will be available via the learning platform.

The length of each programme varies, but most programmes have a set time frame for completion. You will have access to the programme materials for a specified period, after which you will receive a downloadable course-wise summary with the key learnings from the course.

To enrol in a programme, you must complete an application form. Once you submit your application, it will go through an application stage where our team will review your application against criteria that includes but is not limited to:

• Appropriate experience profile
• Future leadership potential
• Evidence of professional achievement
• Industry and functional background
• Ability to benefit from the programme
• Ability to cope with the rigour required

You will receive an email confirming your application submission. Our Admissions Office typically takes one week to verify your application and seat in the upcoming cohort.

Once accepted into the cohort, you will receive an email confirmation and a link to the learning platform. You can also log into the ISB Online platform to track your application status and access the course after you have been accepted.

• A modern computer/laptop with a stable internet connection.
• An up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
• Audio and video capabilities (speakers/headphones and a webcam for video calls).
• PDF reader and office suite (Adobe Reader, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace).

• If you have forgotten your password: Go to the login page and click “Forgot my Password.” You will get a link on your registered email ID to reset your password. Follow the instructions there and regain access to your account.
• If you have not yet finished payment: You will gain access to the course and materials only after completing the entire amount. If you have paid through a financial aid option, please get in touch with the respected bank / NBFC and check about the status of your financial aid.

A learning track is curated with specific courses structured to provide in-depth knowledge about the subject. The ISB Online platform offers four learning tracks – Management Essentials, Leadership, Strategy and Marketing. Each of these tracks has specific courses.

A learning track refers to one subject area comprising several individual courses. A course refers to a specific subject within the learning track.

Visit our learning tracks page and select a track you wish to enrol for. Once you click on Apply Now, you will be given an application form to fill out. Our admissions team will review the application and revert to you with the final decision within one week.

All learning elements within each course will have a deadline. You will only earn digital badges if you complete the learning activities within this deadline. If you miss the deadline for a social learning activity, you will not be able to re-attempt it. The Cohort Leader will manage all other deadline misses on a case-to-case basis.

No, you cannot choose the order of the courses in a learning track. The sequence of courses is curated by faculty and experts to help you start with the right foundational concepts and then progress to more complex topics.

Each learning track is specifically curated according to the subject area and has different courses. Visit our Learning Tracks page to view each track and the courses under it.

Our course outlines are shared on each course page. You can also download the syllabus, which includes the modules within each course, the case studies and the social learning elements from the respective course page.

Once you complete all modules (including the videos, exercises, and social learning activities) with 70% accuracy, you will complete a course. Similarly, you will complete the learning track after completing all the courses.

You will get your course certificate as soon as you complete it with 75% accuracy. For the Certificate Masters, you must complete all the courses in the track with 75% accuracy across each course.

Most of our courses cover all the required topics. In exceptional cases, we will provide additional materials to familiarise you with the course content before starting it.

• You will receive a smart digital certificate for each certificate you earn. These can be shared with your organization, potential employer, schools, or on your social media profile.
• You will also receive digital merit badges for each module you complete in your course journey. These digital badges can also be shared on social media to indicate progress.

There are three levels of achievement in ISB Online:
• Badges are received upon completion of a module in a course. 
• A Course Certificate is received upon completion of all modules in a course.
• A Certificate Masters is received upon completing all courses in a learning track.

Yes, you will receive a hard copy of your Certificate Masters, sent to your address after you complete all courses in the programme, within 20 days. Please note – for the Certificate Masters, you will receive both a hard copy and a smart digital certificate. All other course certificates will be provided as smart digital certificates only.  

Apart from the smart digital certificate, you will receive a hard copy for all Certificate Masters Programmes you complete. Your hard copy will be mailed to you 20 days after the completion of the programme. If you have not yet received your hard copy, please get in touch with your Cohort Leader. All other certificates and badges will be awarded digitally.

You will receive ISB Online Alumni status upon completing 100 hours or one whole learning track. The ISB Online Alumni status includes the following benefits:   
• ISB Email and Other Benefits: Exclusive ISB email ID for your use and a 20% discount on other ISB Online Programmes 
• Access to Resources: Podcasts, blogs, async content, ISB RCI Research Reports, articles, development tools, simulation instruments and more. 
• Networking and Further Learning: Learning and networking opportunities via ISB alum groups and exclusive invitations to events and webinars. 
 

You can pay your fees through Net Banking / UPI / Credit / Debit Card and all other acceptable modes of payment. All payments must be made after your application has been accepted. You can access your course after you have completed the payment.

Yes, you can have your beneficiary pay for you – at the checkout point, you can mention your beneficiary’s email address.

Please note that the cancellation policy for all ISB Online programmes is a no-refund policy. Any exceptions are solely at the discretion of ISB and will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis.
